Having Tenant Representatives who are Radius tenants represent the areas they live in will help us ensure that the tenant voice can be heard from doorstep to the Radius Boardroom.
Tenant Representatives
Tenant Representatives are central to our Tenant Engagement structure, which provides opportunities for you to help shape the services delivered by Radius to 13,500 tenants across Northern Ireland.
By joining one of our panels, you will become a Tenant Representative having a voice shaping the services delivered by Radius.
As a representative you will be able to hold Radius to account on performance and service delivery, influence decisions and have the opportunity to provide suggestions/improvements.
If you have a keen interest in a particular panel, such as our communication and gardening panel, they meet on an adhoc basis to deal with matters of importance.
Tenant Board Members
Having Tenant Representation at Board Level ensures our tenants and communities continue to be at the heart of everything we do.
Tenant Board Members are involved in decision making at the highest level providing an important link between the organisation and our tenants as we continue to prioritise providing the best possible services, protect the condition of our homes and continue to build new and sustainable homes.
We are only a small voice... the more people that get involved the bigger the voice.
