Panel Meetings
At Radius, we strive to maximise opportunities for tenant involvement as you are helping to shape the service that you and your fellow tenants receive.
In advance of an Area Panel meeting, you will receive an Easy Read Scorecard for our Communities and Asset Management departments showing the targets we strive to achieve and our results. The Communities and Asset Management Team will be in attendance at each meeting to answer any queries.

Tenants Association
A Tenant/Residents Group/Association is a group of people who live within the same area. They work together volunteering their time to represent the views of their neighbours to make their community a better place to live, enable neighbours to get together to discuss common interests, get more involved with Radius and work together on service improvements and performance.
Radius supports setting up Tenants’ Associations by providing training and resources. To find out if there is an active group in your area or for more information on how to set a group up please contact our Tenant Engagement team.
Youth Panel
If you are 13-18 years of age and living with a parent/guardian within a Radius property, then join our Youth Panel to make a difference in your community.
We will help you develop transferrable skills which you can use to improve your future education and employment options.
