For over 50 years our people have been delivering the best possible housing, care and support for all communities across Northern Ireland.
Formed via the merger of Fold and Helm housing associations in 2017, Radius Housing dates back to 1976.
We have a history of innovation on the island introducing the sheltered housing model, housing-with-care, housing floating support, multi and mixed tenure housing models, as well as Telecare and Telehealth offerings.
Today’s association provides general needs, sheltered living for independent over 55’s and a whole host of supported and residential housing options for homeless people and those with complex needs.
Our accredited and award winning homes and services have been conceived and developed in partnership with the communities we serve.
Our service users as evidenced by our Gold TP Award have a meaningful say in our day to day activities, how we spend and invest our money and how we shape our business. We have a shared vision where all people live safely together and not only respect but celebrate their differences.
