At Radius, we believe in putting our tenants and residents at the heart of everything we do.

Our ‘Stronger Together’ approach to tenant engagement creates meaningful opportunities for you to get involved. By working together, tenants, residents, and staff can collaborate, influence key decisions, and enhance overall satisfaction with our services.

Tenant engagement is all about Radius and tenants working with you to make our services even better. We truly want to hear what matters most to you, so you can help shape the services you receive.

To support this, we encourage tenants and residents to join our Register of Interest by completing our online form or contacting: tenant.engagement@radiushousing.org.

Those who register will receive a monthly Newsletter, Radius Mail, with relevant information and updates about Radius. This includes opportunities to get involved and information on current, relevant events in other Radius areas and within the organisation.

The Newsletter and the Register of Interest are valuable ways to stay informed, have your voice heard, and play an active role in the Radius communities.

Types of Involvement

: Join our Register of Interest to receive updates from Radius and engagement opportunities.
Level of Commitment - Spare Time
: Providing small grants from £250 to £1,000 to benefit projects within our Radius communities.
Level of Commitment - Annually

Find out more
: Be kept up to date with Radius training, events and conferences that are available. e.g. our Radius Community Awards..
Level of Commitment - When available
: Both formal and informal groups who represent their community and interests to make a positive difference.
Level of Commitment - When available
: Meet with Housing and Asset Officers to discuss issues about your neighbourhood, home or tenancy.
Level of Commitment - 1-2 hours each
: Those who represent the area in which they live, should this be in this role as part of their local community.
Level of Commitment - When required
: Bring together tenants from different panels with Management from Housing, Assets and Corporate Services to discuss matters of importance.
Level of Commitment - 4 x year 1-2 hours
: Tenants and staff focus on a specific area, sharing ideas on how we can bring about improvements to deliver ‘world class’ service.
Level of Commitment - 4 x year 1-2 hours
: The panel will ensure that we keep our tenants informed with clarity and purpose, through our website, leaflets, newsletters and other publications
Level of Commitment - 4 x year 1-2 hours
: For young people who live in a Radius property and are passionate about their home and community.
Level of Commitment - 4 x year 1-2 hours
: The Committee consists of Tenant Representatives from different panels who help influence strategic decisions based on feedback and suggestions throughout the engagement structure meeting with Senior Radius staff.
Level of Commitment - 4 x year 1-2 hours
: Tenant Board Members will be involved in decision making at the highest levels. Attending Radius Committee and Board meetings, as well as Tenant Executive Committee and Area Panels, to ensure your voice is heard.
Level of Commitment - 8 x year 1-2 hours
