Spelga Avenue is a supported housing scheme for adults with complex needs located on the Old Hospital Road in Banbridge.

This is a small development of 12 bungalows which are a mixture of both 1 and 2 bedrooms. The bungalows are modern and compact

Applicants must have complex needs.

A team of support staff work daily 8am – 8pm to ensure that all tenants are supported to have choice and remain independent.

Spelga Avenue is regulated by Supporting People.
