Situated off the High Street in Holywood, Loughview has 26 individual self-contained flatlets, each containing a toilet, wash hand basin, shower en-suite and a small kitchen unit, complete with refrigerator and sink.
A full meals service is available with catering for special dietary requirements included.
Care and Support staff are on duty 24 hours daily to help with personal care and general daily activities.
A team of domestic and laundry assistants will support keeping flatlets clean and look after the laundering of clothes and bed linen.
Residents can enjoy their daily meals in the dining rooms while the communal lounges have ample space for social and leisure activities.
Secure internal courtyard and small garden area overlooking nearby Spafield playing fields.
Where practicable, residents will retain their own GP arrangements. For regular visits to or by dentists, opticians, podiatrists and physiotherapists, the Care Team at Loughview will organise these.
Loughview is regulated by the RQIA.
