Gnangara

Gnangara is situated off the main Sligo Road in Enniskillen. Gnangara has two registrations, one for older people with dementia, the other for adults with complex needs.

Dementia Service

The accommodation for those with dementia is provided for one resident in each self contained flatlet. There are 15 flatlets in total. Each flatlet has a toilet, wash hand basin and shower en-suite and some built in furniture.

A full meals service is available, special diets will be catered for.

Care staff are on duty 24 hours daily to help with personal care and general daily activities.

A team of domestic and laundry assistants will support keeping flatlets clean and the laundering of clothes and bed linen.

There are communal lounges and dining rooms where both social and leisure activities take place and where meals are served.

There are secure gardens for residents to enjoy.

Residents will, where practicable retain their own GP. Arrangements for regular visits to or by dentists, opticians,podiatrists and physiotherapists will be organised by the Care Team at Gnangara.

Complex Needs

There are also 15 bungalows onsite at Gnangara for adults with complex needs.

Care and support staff are on duty 8am – 10pm to support tenants with personal, general daily activity, housing management tasks within their home and the local community.

Gnangara is regulated by RQIA.
