Montague Avenue

Construction of a 60 unit mixed tenure housing development (social, affordable) with associated amenity space, on a former industrial site to the rear of Montague Avenue. 

Development will consist of 30 social dwellings and 30 affordable homes. 

All properties developed as part of this scheme will be family housing. 

All non-social housing units will be sold through Co-Ownership.

The 60 unit scheme achieved planning permission in 2024 and is scheduled for construction to start in Spring 2026.

 It is expected the development will be completed by Autumn 2028.
