Hopewell Crescent
Planning approval was received in March 2020 for the provision of 46 social homes at Hopewell Crescent.
18 homes were built as part of Phase 1 of this development. Radius now plan to complete the Phase 2 construction of the final 28 homes.
In addition, an enclosed community green space will be provided at the centre of the development.
